Supporting Neurodivergent Teens and Young Adults as they navigate life, dating, relationships and friendships
Individual and Group Social Skills and Relationship Coaching provided via teletherapy or in person by a certified Speech and Language Pathologist
I specialize in supporting autistic teens and young adults in building and nurturing meaningful relationships and friendships in ways that align with their values and communication styles. My approach prioritizes authenticity, mutual understanding, and consent, recognizing that social connection looks different for everyone.
Rather than prescribing "correct" social behaviors, I focus on self-advocacy, communication strategies, and navigating social dynamics in a way that feels natural and fulfilling. Through individualized coaching and group workshops, I provide a space for autistic adults to explore relationships on their own terms—whether deepening friendships, fostering intimacy, or simply feeling more confident in social interactions.
Our Focus
Dating
Everyone has a basic need for love and affection, no matter their age or neurological condition. Not everyone knows how to go about finding it.
Friendships
It can often be difficult to understand the informal interaction rules and nuances that is required to negotiate and practice initiating and maintaining friendships.
Relationships
Teens with disabilities often find it difficult to develop and sustain more intimate, romantic relationships.
