Supporting Neurodivergent Teens and Young Adults as they navigate life, dating, relationships and friendships

Individual and Group Sessions for Relationship and Social Connection Coaching provided via teletherapy or in person by a certified Speech and Language Pathologist

I specialize in supporting autistic teens and young adults as they build and nurture meaningful friendships and relationships in ways that honor their values and communication styles. My approach centers authenticity, mutual understanding, and consent, while recognizing that connection can take many different forms for different people.

Instead of teaching a ‘right’ way to socialize, I support autistic adults in developing self-advocacy, flexible communication strategies, and confidence in navigating social dynamics in ways that feel authentic and fulfilling. Through individualized coaching and group workshops, I create space for exploring relationships on their own terms—whether that means deepening friendships, fostering intimacy, or simply feeling more at ease in social interactions.
